Provider-Residents are MDs/DOs or NP/PA students who are Residents and practice in a clinical role as described above. Select this option if you are a Resident and you diagnose or prescribe treatments/medications in your role within your organization.
Nurses practice in a clinical role that includes (but is not limited to): assessing patients, carrying out provider orders and interventions, administering medications, educating patients and families, and monitoring patient status and changes. Select this option if you do not diagnose or prescribe treatments/medications in your role within your organization.

- Clinical Case Managers (Acute Settings)
Non-Acute Case Managers are nurses, social workers, or other professionals outside of the hospital setting who provide case management services including (but not limited to) assisting and supporting clients’ medical, behavioral health, social, and financial needs.
Other Licensed/Certified Professionals practice in a role not designated as a provider, nurse, or non-acute case manager including (but is not limited to) social workers, psychologists, mental health and substance use counselors or therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and respiratory therapists.
Other Non-Licensed Professionals include direct care workers (e.g., DSPs, CNAs, home care aides, hospice aides) and ancillary staff (e.g., dietary, housekeeping, activities).
